The lemongrass essential oil belongs to the same citronella family, and is known above all to be particularly unpleasant to insects and mosquitoes. But these are not the only properties of this essential oil. The lemongrass in fact also helps to remove stress and in diffusion is perfect for stimulating concentration. Moreover, Lemongrass essential oil, added to a carrier oil, is perfect for relaxing massages after a workout or a particularly tiring day.

Use and maintenance

To promote digestion: dilute 10 drops of lemongrass essence in 100 ml of sweet almond oil: apply the product on the abdomen and massage until absorbed.

Acne: add a few drops of lemongrass essence to a neutral face cream and apply the product on the skin.
