The combination of various ingredients (buckwheat, seeds and other functional ingredients) with high nutritional

Ingredients
Milled buckwheat*, brown rice protein* (19%), banana powder* (14%), milled tigernut*, milled flax seeds*, carob
powder* (8%) and buckwheat groats*. *Organic ingredients.
Allergens
Gluten free. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and mustard.
Preservation
Preserve in dry cool environment, in the dark, refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 months.
Suggested use and preparation
Porridge - Add 4 tablespoons to 90ml of water or vegetable drink and mix well.
Smoothie – Add 3 tablespoons to 250ml of water or vegetable drink and fruit to taste and place in a blender.
You can also add 2 tablespoons to a yogurt.
